We redesigned the airline’s main website, its microsites and booking engine, crafting a digital experience that’s as intuitive as it is engaging. With a design system tailored to leisure travel, we created clarity, speed, and visual warmth across every step of the customer journey. The result: a significant increase in conversion rates and a platform that feels less like a website – and more like the start of a holiday.

APPROACH
We developed a unified design model and integrated CMS, hosting the entire system for nearly a decade. At the heart of it: a frictionless integration of the booking engine, with price info and sales tools embedded directly into the site. To enrich the experience, we added a responsive travel guide – informative, mobile-ready, and full of wanderlust.
OUTCOME
