Account Manager / Brand Consultant

At Evernow, everything revolves around creative brand development and holistic communication. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consulting: You advise and inspire our clients with strategic insight, creativity, and a passion for branding. You identify potential and develop tailor-made brand concepts.
Project management & presentations: Create detailed briefings, project timelines, and cost estimations. Create and deliver impactful presentations.
Communication Hub: You know how to act as an interface between external service providers, internal teams, and partner agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Project Oversight: Manage brand-related projects from briefing to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a connector between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Experience: Minimum of two years of professional experience in an agency or corporate setting, ideally with a focus on branding or design.
Language: Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
Organizational Skills: Experienced in planning budgets, managing timelines, and overseeing project delivery.
Brand Passion: A deep interest in design, branding, and digital communication—with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
Digital Mindset: Familiarity with digital ecosystems, channels, and touchpoints, including social media and UI/UX collaboration.
Tools & Organization: Confident use of Office 365, JIRA, and presentation tools; experience with brand systems like Frontify is a plus.
Client-Centric Attitude: You enjoy working closely with clients and building long-term relationships based on trust, creativity, and impact.

UX Designer / Digital Product Manager

We are looking for a experienced (mid-level to senior) UX Designer / Digital Product Manager who is deeply familiar with the latest digital tool ecosystems and experienced in consulting, delivery, and optionally/ideally in AI integration. You enjoy being closely involved with clients and are eager to collaborate intensively to deliver outstanding user experiences and product innovations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product & UX Leadership: Lead the conception, design, and management of digital products and user experiences tailored to client needs.
Digital Tools & AI: Stay at the forefront of digital tools, platforms, and AI technologies; actively integrate these innovations into workflows and product solutions.
Client Collaboration: Maintain a strong, proactive presence with clients, facilitating workshops, presentations, and continuous engagement to align on project goals and ensure satisfaction.
Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal teams, technical service providers, and external partners to drive product development and UX excellence.
Strategic Thinking: Analyze client briefs critically, identify needs, and translate them into actionable product and UX strategies.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital product management, UX design, or a comparable senior role with a proven track record in digital innovation.
Tech-savvy: Deep familiarity with current and emerging digital tools and platforms, including experience with AI applications in product design or digital workflows.
User-centered Design: Strong passion for user experience design, with expertise in human-centered methodologies and usability best practices.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication skills in both German and English, comfortable with client presentations and facilitating workshops.

Fullstack Developer

At Evernow, we love building innovative digital products for internationalclients — from websites to e-commerce to custom platforms. Our team is allabout clean code, cutting-edge solutions, and creating things that workbeautifully. We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who knows the modern techstack inside out, shapes projects hands-on, enjoys tackling complex challenges,and (ideally) explores how AI can boost what we build.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Web Development: Develop and maintain websites and platforms using systems like WordPress, Craft CMS, Shopify, ensuring robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
E-Commerce Excellence: Build and optimize online stores and commerce experiences with Craft Commerce, Shopware, Shopify and other relevant platforms.
Custom Software: (Optional) Contribute to the conception, architecture, and development of tailor-made software solutions, leveraging frameworks such as Laravel and Ruby on Rails.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, project managers, and clients to deliver seamless digital products that meet business and user needs.
Quality & Innovation: Stay up to date with modern development trends and continuously seek ways to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Tech Stack Mastery: Solid experience in PHP, common SQL databases, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Desirable Extras: Familiarity with React, GraphQL, or Ruby is a plus.
Bonus Skills: Experience with DevOps practices, AWS environments, or even Swift development puts you at the top of our list.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
