
Elevating Brand Hub & Brand Helpdesk
How do you make global brand governance both consistent and effortless? For Boehringer Ingelheim, we helped build a brand management environment that goes far beyond guidelines – it empowers people worldwide to actively shape a unified brand experience. In close collaboration with the Corporate Branding team and our tech partner Frontify, we developed and continuously enhance a digital Brand Hub that combines structure with flexibility, design logic with real-life usability. From global templates and a digital design system to a live Brand Helpdesk and custom workflows, the result is a seamless ecosystem where brand consistency becomes second nature.


CHALLENGE
Create a single source of truth for one of the world’s most respected healthcare brands – scalable, intuitive, and accessible to internal teams and external partners around the globe.
APPROACH
Together with Boehringer Ingelheim, we optimized the Frontify-based Brand Hub with custom theming, improved user experience, and modular content architecture. We added new icon libraries, templates, and best-practice guides – all supported by a global Brand Helpdesk that answers brand-related questions in real time. The system evolves continuously to stay aligned with design trends, user needs, and strategic priorities.
OUTCOME
Today, Boehringer Ingelheim’s Brand Hub is more than a platform – it’s an active enabler of global brand governance. It streamlines collaboration, ensures consistency, and makes brand management a shared responsibility across markets, teams, and touchpoints.
